Tabata Battle (easy to hard depending on # of rounds, KB weight, type of burpee, sprint)
Equipment needed: Battle Ropes, Kettlebell,
Each exercise lasts 30 seconds with a 15 second break.
• Jab, RH, Cross, RH
• Battle Ropes
• Jab, RH, Cross, RH
• Sprint
• Jab, RH, Cross, RH
• KB Thruster
• Jab, RH, Cross, RH
• Burpee
2′ BREAK
Repeat for 1 or 4 more rounds depending on time and fitness level

“Power Play” (easy to hard depending on # of rounds, med ball and/or KB weight)
Equipment needed: Battle Ropes, Med ball,Kettle bell,
Each exercise lasts 30 seconds with a 15 second break/transition.
• Alternate: Power Knee (right leg), Power RH (right leg) with Power Knee (left leg), Power RH (left leg)
• Battle Ropes
• Body Shots
• Med Ball Slams
• Power Knee, Power RH (right leg)
• Power Knee, Power RH (left leg)
• Goblet Squat
• Body Shots
Complete 1 to 5 rounds depending on your level of conditioning and your goals. Add weight to med ball and/or kettle bell to increase the intensity.
